Recently (August 2009) the public television network had a great program saluting music from the 50s.

I taped the show and wondered what I'm going to do with it; then with my creative mind (?) thought it would be nice to put it on the web showing the "Then And Now" of these great hits.

They showed some great hits with the original artists 50+ years later and amazingly sounded pretty good considering the length of time ("Then And Now").

You will be able to hear the original hit (Then), see and hear the recorded portion (Now), and directly compare what it would be like if the those original artists recorded their hits today.

NOTE: Video -- "Std. Res." = Much smaller files size and faster download -- "High Res." = Larger files size, longer download time, but much better picture quality. Your choice!
